How-To Fix Windows 10 and 11 Application that is Frozen or Locked Up without a RESTART.

1.  Right click on TASKBAR on the Bottom of the Screen

2.  Select TASK MANAGER, from the pop up menu

3.  You will see PROCESSES' LIST.  Find the Application that is Malfunctioning and SELECT it

4.  Click on the Button named END TASK  (the process will terminate)

5.  Allow 30 to 60 Seconds for the System to Clear out and Free up Memory.  At the End, you will notice that Hard Drive light will stop blinking.

6  Start the Application Again
