Cryptocurrency is Money that are NOT Backed up by any VALUABLES, such as EFFORT when Doing Work.
You can assign yourself 1 million, 1 billion or 1 trillion cryptocurrency numbers, but it's not worth any Effort or Valuables. They way it works is, somebody buys Commercial Computer Server Hardware, and by using small software piece, GENERATES cryptocurrencies on your own. The price of Computer Hardware is equivalent to RENTING a Shop and Paying all Utilities for 2-3 years period. But unlike Shop, Generation of Cryptocurrencies is not backed up by EFFORT, and Cryptocurrencies Generation DOES NOT PRODUCE any GOODS or SERVICES, and DON'T HIRE ENPLOYEES.
As an example:
1. A Farmer buys a few bags of seeds to grow Cotton Bushes at his farm. He plants the seeds in spring and collects product in fall. Farmer DOES Work, he charges more money for his cotton plants.
2. Fabrics Factory buys Cotton from Farmer at a certain Price. The PROCESS at the Factory converts Cotton plant to clothing fabrics. Factory Pays all Utilites, Hire Employees that DO Work, and in the End, Charges Higher Price for Fabrics that they PRODUCE then the Price of the Cotton Plants that they get.
3. Clothing Factory buys Fabrics at a certain Price from Fabrics Factory. The Factory Pays all Bills, Hires Employees that Produce Shirts and Blouses. Clothing Factory Sells Final Product at Higher Price to Cover Cost of Work and Input Material. Notice that Factory Produces Higher Value Product than the Original Input and charges Extra Money for it.
4. Shop Owner buys Shits and Blouses at a certain Price from Clothing Factory. Shop Owner Pays all Bills, Hires Employees to Hang new cloths in the Store. Also, Cashier takes individual payments. Shop staff DOES Work, Business Owner Charges Higher Price for Merchandise available for Purchase at his shop.
Example 2:
A man goes to Barbershop. Barber cuts hair. It is a Service. Man Pays Barber for his EFFORT to cut man's hair.
The Bottomline is that if MONEY is NOT Backed up by Any EFFORT, Means DOING WORK by Producing GOODS or SERVICES, they are NOT WORTH ANYTHING.
